Anxiety doesn't wait for your next session.Neither does Saga.

Saga is an AI companion that works CBT with you between therapy sessions — and briefs your therapist before the next one. You talk. She listens, analyzes, remembers. Your therapist stays in charge.

I can't sleep. My heart is racing and I keep thinking something is really wrong with me.
That sounds frightening — and you're not alone with it right now. What's the exact thought that keeps coming back?
That the tingling in my arm means a heart attack.
Let's do an evidence check, like you practiced with your therapist. What did the cardiologist say in March?

10,030

minutes between sessions you're on your own

Saga fills those 10,030 minutes — and turns them into data your therapist can use.

Not a chatbot. A closed loop with your therapist.

Most AI mental-health apps work blind. MindBridge closes the loop: everything Saga learns reaches your therapist, and your therapist steers what Saga does next.

💬

1 · You talk to Saga

Real CBT sessions — thought records, evidence checks, breathing — any hour, any night.

🧠

2 · Every session analyzed

Anxiety & depression levels, emotions, thought patterns, coping used, risk signals.

🧑‍⚕️

3 · Your therapist sees it

A living dossier and pre-session brief — no more spending 20 minutes recapping your week.

🌿

4 · Your therapist steers Saga

Written instructions Saga reads before every session: what to focus on, what to avoid, what to reinforce.

One loop, both directions. That's the bridge in MindBridge.

For you

Everything between sessions, captured

Not "how was your week — okay I guess." Real observations, real numbers, real patterns — collected while you simply talk.

I said no to a weekend deploy. First time ever.
That's the assertiveness you've been working on with your therapist. How did it feel in your body?

CBT sessions with Saga

Structured cognitive-behavioral work, 24/7. Saga remembers your history, your goals — and your therapist's instructions.

Built with guardrails, not vibes

AI in mental health only works if a human stays in charge. That principle is built into the product, not the fine print.

🧑‍⚕️ Clinician in the loop

Saga is a tool under the supervision of a licensed therapist — not an "AI therapist." Your clinician sees her work and directs it.

⚠️ Risk is never hidden

Concerning language is flagged in the session analysis and surfaced to your therapist immediately. Crisis resources are always one tap away.

🔒 Your words stay yours

Conversations are shared only with the therapist you invite. We never sell your data. Ever.

🌿 Honest positioning

Not a replacement for therapy, and we say so everywhere. 18+, age-gated at registration.

Why I built this

I've been anxious my whole life — I just didn't know there was a word for it. Sweaty palms behind the wheel, fear of phone calls, inability to tell people close to me what I feel. I thought everyone lived like that.

Then everything collapsed at once. Divorce after 10 years. Alone in Ireland — no friends, no family. Panic attacks, ambulances, cardiophobia. I was convinced I was dying — every morning, every night.

A doctor prescribed antidepressants. I found a therapist. It got better — but therapy is 50 minutes a week. The other 10,030 minutes I was alone with my fear.

One night I opened an AI chat. Not because I believed in it — but because there was literally nobody else to write to. And it asked the right question. Not 'rate your mood from 1 to 10' but 'what specifically scares you right now?' I let it all out. And it got a little easier.

That's when I understood: between sessions, people don't need a CBT textbook. They need someone who'll listen at 3 AM and won't say 'just don't think about it' — connected to the professional who's treating them. I built that.
